Pretty funny, I especially like the "Or those that can't operate in reality." Any chance the POTUS was 0 and 2? After all, both rulings essentially said, "no one, including a sitting President, is above the law", which was his main defense.

Of course, I see things differently.

The President's main defense was that the President is THE executive. We only have one. His job is important and he should not have to spend his time defending himself from legal warfare.
