    I would suspect SCOTUS would shoot down this legislation as unconstitutional. Since a constitutional right is implicated, such a law would have to pass a strict scrutiny test.

    If you’re in a country or financial state where hunger, even starvation is common, eating 70+ hot dogs probably isn’t impressive. It probably only stokes the flames of hatred towards us. Why do this? Stick to spitting watermelon seeds or flinging cow pies.
