My idea is open the Private and Charter schools and let those that want their kids back in school can do it.
This is one of THE most dishonest headlines I've seen in quite some time!

Yep, their performance overall has been sub-par at best.

I'm okay with vouchers for parents who want their kids to attend private religious schools.

A ton of the kids I knew who went to Catholic schools did very well in life.

    Charter? NO

Agree. My daughters both went to Catholic grade school and public high school. They had excellent caring teachers at both levels.

No measurable difference with test results on public v charter.

It was a neat experiment - But it failed.

This is an important distinction. Parochial schools versus for profit charter schools.

Did you see the interview with Charter Queen Betsy Wetsy DeVos the other day?

OmG - What a stupid STUPID woman. She couldn't answer a single question about how we safely reopen schools.

Watch it on YouTube and read the comments - They are revealing AND hilarious!

So which is it? Results have been sub-par or equivalent? You say both. It can't be both. You document equivalent. Equivalent is not failure. Unless public school is also a failure.

From equivalence it should be left to parents not you or the government.

Equivalence is not superiority which was the contention
