McWhorter is too deep a thinker for most, I may have linked that article here too. There is a paradox in offering help to the biased and prejudiced that you can sound like them too. How do you see a person, another human, outside of their skin tone, religion, sexuality, political affiliation, immigration category, nationality, etc etc. How do you approach people for who they are when you already see them in those categories. And those ideas color your glasses.

I agree. There's danger in categorizing based on things a person has no control over.
