I checked out your first link. Predictably, you linked to a far right website. That article did not even link to the results of their poll. They do mention that the poll was conducted by American Principles Project , a social conservative "think tank".


It is a single poll that apparently outweighs all the multitude of other polls coming out DAILY. Here is a useful link to keep in your browser.

I would not be surprised if Durham finds a way to protect the high level establishment denizens, but still throw some low level pawn to the wolves.

It is done. They already announced they would not charge Obama or Biden.

I do hope they refer to them as unindicted coconspirators 1 and 2.

There is some question as to whether it is 60 days or 90 days.

According to lawfarelog.com "Former Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates located the cutoff more precisely at the 90-day instead of the 60-day mark."

Since this is a unwritten rule, I have to admit there may be no requirement at all, since apparently the DOJ had once considered and declined to codify it.

However, at some point earlier this year (Jan or Feb?) Barr breathed life back into the policy when he ordered that all such politically sensitive actions get his approval. So I guess its ok for durham to interfere in the election as long as William Barr thinks its ok for Durham to interfere. I wonder if Barr will still try to feign respect for the 60-day rule (the 90 day deadline has already past) by releasing it as close to the 60 day limit as possible

This is a criminal investigation and they have already said they wouldn't charge Obama or Biden.
