But Still NOBODY but the team owners have the right to stop them from kneeling. that is there choice And Choices have consequences.

We have a little pub near a University Arena and Field, the Players come in quite often, because it has a very long menu. Hamburgers, Cheeseburgers, Veggie Burgers, Fries, Sweet Potato Fries, Onion Rings. top and and all of them anyway that you like. The beer is cold, the Shakes are Hand Made.

Now we have Jerseys and Team Photos on the wall and we have a great time. We also have a lot of Military and Police officers that come in as well. I will put a black X through the face of all of the players that kneel and they do not need to bother coming in. as we do reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Like our Governor for example.

That is just one consequence of their actions, and if they want to protest us, they have every right to do so.
No you won't - But I'll give $30 to the charity of your choice if you post a believable photograph of your handiwork once completed.

    Sharpies solve a lotta problems!

The NBA has had a long standing rule about player conduct during the national anthem. They are free to relax that rule or reimpose it at their will.

Right now we don't know if they will have a season but I would be happy to post it as It will likely make the news.

I am not going to insult my regulars for some kids that are only there part of the year... Though I am told that I need to black out the photo and not X it out....

I have no need for people that don't like this Country. They can do what they want and I will do what I want, that is the great part about America.

I would be grateful, we need about 50 thousand people to do just that. Unfortunately I don't have State Farm, but I have thought about having them work up a quote on all of our holdings and insurance needs and then telling them that I would love to consider them but they are supporting BLM and the NBA.

At least I can waste some of their time.

I don't buy Nike and I don't drink Busch or Budweiser, so State Farm is the only thing I can "cancel".

I'm no fan of BLM, but I would gladly just send the message that these leagues need to keep politics out of sports.
But to see Black Lives Matter openly painted on the court, and to see entire teams kneeling for the anthem, that just says the country is evil and racist.
Why should I subject myself to that, or support it in any way?

How on earth did you come to the conclusion that taking a knee in reflective, peaceful protest means you don't like this country?

I didn't like the kneeling when it first started, but over time it has become more and more clear that it is really about hating the country.

When Colin Kaepernick started this whole thing, he sat for the anthem. He wasn't trying to protest, he was just thinking "I'm not going to stand for a country that is oppressing my people". That's the true message being sent. Then that week the story got a lot of attention, and someone told him he should kneel, because that was more respectful than sitting. So then it became a protest type of thing.

Four years later, we have the George Floyd incident, and the BLM protests. And everyone, everyone was against police brutality. But then it became clear this was about so much more, and all these other things started to creep in. First statues of confederate generals, then statues of the founding fathers and religious leaders. Calls for "white Jesus" to be destroyed. The entire country was denounced as racist, the entire US system was denounced as racist. Colin Kaepernick called the 4th of July a "celebration of white supremacy". Make no mistake, this is all about nothing less than hating the country.

You should prolly be aware that 70% of Americans support the BLM movement.

Guess everyone in the NBA hates this country too ... Amiright?
