If "good" does not mean "perfect" then we have God creating man and a world that
was flawed BEFORE sin entered the picture.

That would mean that Adam and Eve were flawed BEFORE they sinned.

That would mean that God created Adam and Eve imperfect and then we
could reasonably speculate that it was NOT entirely the Free Will choice
of Adam and Eve that caused them to choose to sin --- we could reasonably
say that it was in part because of God creating them imperfect in the first place.

wow...you are making my head hurt. in a good way. Let me say this. Jesus said, 'no one is good but God'. He didn't say perfect although we know God is perfect, right. Maybe it is just a matter of man's definition and God's definiton? I'll go look for commentary on this. In answer to your question. do i want to go down that road that adam and eve were not perfect. no...but They were made in God's image, not his likeness, but his.....whats the word....characteristics?

Then jesus says in matthew, 'be perfect therefore as your heavenly father is perfect' knowing full well man is incapable of perfection. He didn't mean we had to be perfect however. I'll let you know what i find out.
