Boys and girls, the two forum HACKS (whose opinion of themselves for outpaces the reality of their true nature) have tried to make the case that no laws were broken.

But the CRIMINALS who paid those stewbums to register committed a CRIME and were convicted.

    You have the law.

And you have to hacks right now who may actually be seeing this law for the first time.

    Charged with Voter Registration Fraud.

With mail in ballots it does not take a genius to see that this was meant to create actual election fraud. It takes frauds to deny it.

None of the homeless people who signed faced charges and its unclear which party or petitions the defendants were paying them to vote for.

At the time of the arrests, LA County elections chief Dean Logan says he didn’t believe the falsified ballots would have been counted because staff manually compare petition signatures to the ones on registration forms.

Gee! You were actually able to read the first post. Those who were found GUILTY were the ones who GOT the signatures from the bums.

and its unclear which party or petitions the defendants were paying them to vote for.

Oh, yeah. In DEMONAZI California, I'm sure those workers were from Ross Perot's REFORM PARTY, or maybe they were from Dave Bergland's LIBERTARIAN PARTY.

In a state that VIOLATED FEDERAL ELECTIONS LAW by registering illegal aliens to vote?

Are you even in the ballpark of sane?

So you're saying that these people are just doing it for fun, huh? And that those votes will not be cast?

Oh, and California law states that homeless people have to maintain some kind of fixed location where they can receive mail and be assigned to a precinct.

    https://law.justia.com/codes/califor.../section-2027/

The place where a person’s family is domiciled is his or her domicile unless it is a place for temporary establishment for his or her family or for transient objects.

So you're assuming ALL those Democrat voters are going to remain on the exact same spot on the street and vote ONLY in their assigned precinct? Seriously?

This is FRAUD and it has been exposed. It is also PROOF that even Democrats admit they cannot win elections legally.
No, they're not doing it for fun. They're doing it to make money.

Reason, nothing whatsoever that you wrote bears any relation to, nor is it a valid refutation of, my post - which was a simple statement of fact.

And now you're deliberately misrepresenting what others have written - which at the very least violates the forum rule against bad faith posting and possibly others. No one has offered the opinion that "no laws were broken - quite the contrary.

No, they are doing it to get a Democrat elected ILLEGALLY. They are BREAKING THE LAW.

Reason, nothing whatsoever that you wrote bears any relation to, nor is it a valid refutation of, my post - which was a simple statement of fact.

Actually, the LAWS I have linked to in this thread most definitely refuted almost ALL of your statements.

You are STILL trying to spin this.

You are trying to make the case that there was no voter fraud. And you even tried to suggest that the criminals did this to make money. Gee! They could have made MORE money flipping burgers at McDonalds and they wouldn't be in prison for doing their job.

You are such a WHINER when you lose an argument, ESPECIALLY when it comes to a legal matter.

You didn't properly research this issue, (which I assume means your boss had better hope his malpractice insurance premiums are paid up). And unlike the days when I learned about legal research (back when we had to learn about Reporters, Digests, Shepardizing, and how not to depend on Westlaw because it was so expensive), it is so easy to just look up the case you cited.

You haven't told us what area of the law you practice, and certainly it is none of our fcking business, but I PRAY you don't have seriously injured clients who depend on you not to screw up a brief with such shoddy research.

Then again, it is perfectly acceptable for you to post opinions without having the same accuracy that you would need to present this before a panel of appellate judges. But I actually did the research and it didn't take that long.

And because you don't like the findings, you want forum action against me for alleged "bad faith?"

Enforce bad faith rules fairly and every liberal here is GONE an hour ago.

Reason, I've made the decision to simply stop trying to discuss anything with people who very obviously have no interest in doing so seriously, honestly or in a civil manner.

A quote usually attributed to Robert Heinlein goes, "Never try to teach a pig to sing. It wastes your time and it annoys the pig."
