Riddle me this = If Russia "stole" the technology from UK , US or whoever , to make the anti-virus vaccine , what's the excuse from those countries for not having developed it yet ?.....or don't they regard it a urgent ?

Yes , and sadly , I honestly believe it . Trumps main concern all year has been #1 re-election .......#2 re-starting the economy , regardless of the social consequences ......#3 the anti-China campaign strategy .....#4 re-election .......hard to determine where the people rate .

Western nations use several trials of tests. Russia expedited the process.

What....Trumps main concern all this year in an election year is his re-election. Imagine that. Just like any other President before him. Just like any other leader that has to worry about getting voted out. Of course not your favorite types of leaders. Castro, Khamenei, Putin and Xi. They dont ever have to worry about a re-election.

Why always the instant negativity ? ........this could benefit all countries , if it gets the job done.

Because they admit they are skipping many steps in the testing. Russia has had some great scientific minds but they are making guinea pigs out of humans. Their dead will just disappear if this all go wrong. Just like China's victims of COVID that they did not want people to know about. They were burned like shrimp on the barbie.

I hope it all does work out but don't expect anyone to not be skeptical.
