And over the past year, our starting wages have gone up about 20%.

The down side is inflation. Wages go up, prices go up. The only winners in the long run, are the taxing authorities.

Meanwhile, we can't staff our stores. We have existing staff pulling 80 hours some weeks.
How many of those people are choosing not to go back to work for health and safety reasons? Those arguing that people are choosing to stay home and collect unemployment are assuming that it's because the benefits are too high, but concerns about virus transmission are almost certainly as big a reason, if not bigger.

Come on man.. that is bull$#@! and you know it. They are staying home for the cash..end of story. The folks staying home with health concerns are the teachers and gov employees that are getting paid anyway.

End the temptation. Don't provide more in unemployment than work.

THANK YOU PRESIDENT TRUMP. You're the greatest....historian

"The closest thing is in 1917, they say, the great pandemic. It certainly was a terrible thing where they lost anywhere from 50 to 100 million people, probably ended the Second World War," Trump said. "All the soldiers were sick. That was a terrible situation."

    Uniter:
When Mexico sends its people, they’re not sending their best," he said in the same speech. "They’re not sending you. They’re not sending you. They’re sending people that have lots of problems, and they’re bringing those problems with us. They’re bringing drugs. They’re bringing crime. They’re rapists

Scientist : "And then I see the disinfectant where it knocks it out in a minute. One minute. And is there a way we can do something like that, by injection inside or almost a cleaning?"So it'd be interesting to check that."
Pointing to his head, Mr Trump went on: "I'm not a doctor. But I'm, like, a person that has a good you-know-what."

Foreign policy leader: Trump spoke about his evolving relationship with Kim.

"I was really being tough and so was he," he said. "And we would go back and forth. And then we fell in love. No really. He wrote me beautiful letters."

They're just lazy idiots looking for a handout.

This is why President Trump's GENIUS Executive Order is good for the economy. It doesn't pay bums to stay bums. It gives them a reason to get off their fat lazy asses and get back to work.

We are in an area where the transmission rates are relatively low. PPE is provided, reduced customer contact. The concerns about transmission or not, if they are offered work and they refuse, they cannot substantiate the claim that they are concerned about transmission rates.

If we were to continue with the idea that a personal concern for 'health reasons' is a valid excuse in areas that are low infection rate, then why don't we just shut down all businesses, and let the government figure out how to support all these people when they aren't getting tax revenues from businesses or individuals? Or perhaps that is the actual goal of those who want to enslave the masses to the government, hmm? Let people figure out how to get groceries, toilet paper, fast food, or healthcare?
