Iran's government is unstable and likely to fall. there have been two mass uprising in less than 3 years. the state has no popularity at all and is preserving power solely by harsh suppression of people.

No democratic or progressive force will see China's intervention in Iran as a positive thing for people of Iran or China. people have no interest in these imperialist rivalries, they have to pay the price of rivalry between different imperialist and expansionist powers but gain no benefit.

Iranian communists supported the revolutionary China against social-imperialism in 1960s. today they admit that current regime of China is an anti-revolutionary and imperialist regime which assists the reactionary government of Iran against proletariat and toiling masses. for example, Ranjbaran {Toilers} party of Iran (which broke away from Tudeh {masses} party in 1964 as the Revolutionary organization of Tudeh party) which was active in China during 1960s and 1970s and its members had personally met Mao (some of them are still alive), believes that the government of China is pursuing a counter revolutionary strategy, both internally and internationally. Ranjbaran party of Iran supports independence of Hong Kong and Taiwan, as any communist or democrat should.

You damn wrong about one thing MMC - no one here has the slightest clue what I'm about.....not that Ive tried to make a secret about it.....you people are just so self absorbed in your own existence that you can no longer see forest 'cause the trees are blocking the view.I think Iran's main concern in their region is US interference and what it's led to since the Shah was first installed. That was ground zero for US ME interference , and it just keeps getting worse year after year. The Saudis and Emirates are more bent than Quasimodo's coat hanger , and it's all because the US keeps interfering and corrupting everything they touch.

You're assigning labels where none are needed and there should be none, as is typical of pseudo-intellectual communist muddlers. I have a strong sense that you are, in communist tradition, a pretentious putz.

Well I can't speak for others. But then I know what you are about. Otherwise you would be more in tune with reality and be about facts and the truth. Be able to back your play and not just hope on your opinions.

Well Iran should have been smart enough to notice the US pivoting out of the ME. Now that Israel can kick the $#@! out Iran anytime that it wants.

Oh and the US came late to that game in Iran. Maybe if your Russian Comrades hadnt interfered in the ME. We would never had to step in and balance things out.

Regardless of journalistic opinion , Iranian , German or otherwise , this is an economic game changer for Iran , at a time when they urgently need it.

How the hell could anyone come to such a stupid conclusion ? .....(lol).......Iran is economically under the gun , and China puts a proposition on the table to boost the Iranian economy , and further it's own trade ambitions .....it's a win/win through basic commonsense co-operation . If the US don't like it , they can lump it.

I don’t think the US cares about it. It is irrelevant
