They will. This is just a political opinion writer initiating a topic of discussion.

It takes more than just being a citizen to be eligible to be the POTUS.

She was born on US soil i.e. is a citizen by virtue of jus soli, therefore she is a natural-born U.S. citizen which has further been recognized by the government when it issued her a passport. She is also over 35-years-old and has lived in the U.S. for more than 14 years.

Yes. The fact that the children of guest workers were not recognized as citizens years back, doesn't change the fact that Harris's citizenship has already been recognized by the U.S. government.

If Harris is unqualified, then the Presidency of Andrew Jackson would have to be revoked retroactively (his parents were Scottish and they weren't US citizens when he was born). Also any President whose parents were born prior to US independence. Furthermore, every person in the US today who was born on US soil to immigrant parents before they obtained citizenship would also be non-citizens.

She is a legal natural born American citizen. Regardless of what other black marks against her her citizenship status isn't one of them.

You guys better get goin and think about what you're gonna do with Trump when he leaves.

This is more about the 14th Amendment, than it is about The Ho.

I know though, you gave it your all. Right? lol

    The story has just begun.

Perhaps the SCOTUS ought to address the 14th Amendment.

I’m not sure that you understood the argument made by the article’s writer.
