Too lenient. The larger problem is how few victims go to police and how few rapists are actually convicted.

Rape got marginalized, terms like date rape and acquaintance rape somehow imply some female guilt, so, I think that is why few are reported.


I think in cases of DNA confirmed aggravated forcible rape we should return to hanging.

Not death by injection, which does not express societal anger, IMNSHO.
