But we don't even know that Martin was a good runner. He could have been asthmatic. Can't rush to judgment or assume because Martin was younger that he had the advantage in a running competition. At the end of the day, either way, this was a really unfortunate tragedy that probably could have been prevented, and may or may not rise to the level of a criminal act. Zimmerman, whether convicted of manslaughter or not, will live with this for the rest of his life, and that in itself will profoundly affect him. So no matter what happens, he will continue to pay the price.
