No, that's Colorado. Although something like 40 percent of the drug consumption in America goes on in California they prefer to pretend it isn't so since pot legalization has failed there repeatedly.

As a hopeless nicotine addict all I know is that it now cost more to get my drug than it does to pay property tax and I am a modern leaper. In quiet protest I flick my butts where ever and empty ashtrays in public parks. If this sort of discrimination is lauded by the public at large then I feel no remorse for your sorry butts when they decide to take away your trans fat, big gulps and any damn thing else they want.

Notice that for decades, they recommended trans-fat as a substitute for butter. Their unearned prestige is so secure that they can get away with saying, "We were stupid back then, but now we are smart."
