My objections to Bush were policy driven as they are with Obama. Still, those objections are objected to too often by some playing the race card.

Wrong ... that's something you'll never get right.

Like a statement "that could have been my son or that could have been me" ... those type of statements are foreign to some people, they just don't get it, and thus they take offense and attack what they don't know. It's simply called "fear"

i don't know if it's fear. i think it is definitely a lack of understanding and empathy, though.

Please tell me no one honestly believes Obama could empathize with your average black American. Or your average white American for that matter
Whoever criticizes capitalism, while approving immigration, whose working class is its first victim, had better shut up. Whoever criticizes immigration, while remaining silent about capitalism, should do the same.

It reminds me of a guy who use to cut my grass ... Mexican of course, nothing but the best; had his own business.

He invited my wife and I to his Christmas Party once; the dude lived in a 4.4k square foot home with just him, his wife, two kids, tree dogs.

He told me, you'd be amazed at how White people treat me when I'm working, and told him; what you mean, like worse than Black people?

    He stared cracking up.
