I thought it was hilarious when Newt said that because the way he delivered it was basically a big FU to John King (remember King was the one who asked him about the open marriage a few weeks back).

But King told them ahead of time before, they went on the prior break. Tho you may be right. As Gingrich the Master Debater looked more like Humpty Dumpty sitting on Wall, waiting to take that fall. It does look like from the footage that Gingrich Narrowed his peepers and gave King. The Ole Eye of Newt. Hopefully King will remember next time and instead call him Mr.Gingrich instead of Mr Speaker.
