The one thing I do agree with you on is that the topic is dumb.....and I will add, creepy.

However, first of all red hair is a recessive gene. You do not have to be irish or european to have red hair. You can be chinese with red hair if the gene becomes dominant. Secondly her last name is Hannigan which is most likely her father's last name, who is probably Irish or has Irish decent. Most of us have a dad's last name as our last name. She is Jewish because her mom is probably Jewish. That aspect comes from your mother not your father. If you don't know what you are talking about don't go so arrogantly around talking about it and assuming you're right when you are completely wrong.

...so her dad isn't Jewish?...then she isn't Jewish!...I know a guy that's like you say, "a Jew somewhere in the wood pile" and it bugs me when he says he's Jewish but he doesn't live by the Jewish faith guidelines (whatever they may be)...I get really pissed off when people bring in faith but only as something to defend their "integrity"...like Christians that use Christianity in the way "I can't lie, I'm Christian"...can an Irishman be Jewish?...I bet he can but I have never seen someone DEDICATED to the Jewish faith with a non-Jewish surname...I don't make the rules, I just follow them...
