I thought President Carter was an incompetent liberal but I don't recall ever thinking he hated the United States and wanted to "fundamentally change" it into something else. Sure, President Carter blamed the American people for some of his shortcomings but he also was able to accept at least a modicum of responsibility.

President Carter was not, in any way I could see, a racist. President Carter did not attempt to eliminate the 1st Amendments guarantee of freedom of religion. President Carter did not attempt to eliminate the 1st Amendments guarantee of freedom of speech. President Carter did not, to the best of my knowledge, use the IRS and other liberal-headed departments in government as shock troops to attack his "enemies."

I think the similarities are more in results than in the two individuals.

I can agree that Carter did it out of incompetence and Obama is doing it on purpose? However I don't think Obama is that smart either!

When I was in the military I was one of three ordered to destroy a small building. We almost killed ourselves but we got the building destroyed and we didn't have a clue what we were doing. Destroying take a lots less ability than building.

Thugs like OWS, SEIU, and the Democrat Party destroy. They don't built. Forming a gang with a gang mentality is no great feat. It plays to human nature.

If Winning by 5 Million Votes makes you Unpopular, then why aren't Republicans Winning by 25 Million Votes without Gerrymandering?

You can't get much Lower or Unpopular than a GOP Politician.

BTW ... the last I checked ... The United States of America never asked Russia permission to do any invading.

Also ... George Bush saw Putin Heart in 2001 at Bush's Ranch, but couldn't see Putin Invading Georgia in 2008.

:jackoff:So Keep On Stroking Boys, Obama isn't Running for President anymore

Trust me, Carter would be an improvement. At least he'd show up for National Security meetings in the middle of a crisis.

Some of us lived through the nightmare of President Carter. At least Americans at that time were bright enough not to re-elect him.

In other words Carter created more jobs in 4 years than Bush did in 8 years ... further, Carter created high-paying jobs as opposed to Bushs' taco bell jobs who then created the 2nd Great Depression which can never be confused with the inflation seen under Carter.
