You have to develop it, but not by being inhibited by the self-appointed superiority of teachers or books. Someone in Switzerland may be born with the ability to become a baseball Hall of Famer, but he'll never develop that talent unless his parents emigrate to America. So he has it, but he'll never use it and benefit from having it.

Most Whites lack that opportunity, too.
This is what I resent about using Tiger Woods as an example of what is mostly a lack of opportunity. Only the rich Whites played golf; other Whites were excluded from developing any natural golf talent just as much as Blacks are.
