Why didn't they also shave the men's heads?

That is what I was thinking when I was looking at the pictures. the French gave up. I wonder how many of the jerks shaving womens heads were in the Free French army. And even if they were, for god sake. You dont do that.

What worries me is when you see the so-called 'corridor of shame' that the bandits had in the Ukraine. People will still do these things if order is not maintained. The world is still full of animals. Something like this actually could happen in the west in modern times in my opinion.
