Well, it sounds like dinner in NOLA is going to be interesting.

I lived in Baton Rouge and Gonzales, they make the world's best sausage out there, and I love the creole!

We get our hams and kolbassi from one of two places, Willies Smoke House in Slippery Rock, PA or George Cheplic's in Finleyville PA.

    And smoked bacon, and jerkey.

Cheplic's has the better kolbassi but Willies has the better ham. All Willies this weekend though.

    It's kielbasa, mofo!

Polish deli in Linden NJ always smells like heaven this time of year. Smoked pork products everywhere...
Whoever criticizes capitalism, while approving immigration, whose working class is its first victim, had better shut up. Whoever criticizes immigration, while remaining silent about capitalism, should do the same.

That's what these meat markets are like that I go to, they smoke their own stuff.

    It's all in the eating!

Kiełbasa, kołbasa, klobasa, kobasa, kolbasi, kovbasa, kobasi, and kubasa are common North American anglicizations for a type of Central and Eastern European sausage.

My crock pot is full with vegetables of several kinds and a huge roast. I plan to have this tonight and tomorrow. Eating alone.
