I was in Nashville once. It was ok.
Tell us why Green Arrow.
Third lowest taxes in the nation. Virtually no debt. No state income tax, we have a higher sales tax instead. Great food, great music (Johnny Cash and Elvis, hello?), great people. It's all forest, and what isn't forest is rolling farmland. It rains often, which makes everything look crisp and bright green.

There is Memphis. Music and BBQ is fantastic!

Memphis actually kinda sucks. Yeah, it's got the music and BBQ, but it's also got ridiculous amounts of racial division. Go to visit, but don't go to live. If you want to live in Tennessee, East Tennessee is the place to be. Knoxville, Chattanooga, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park

I've been there. Memphis is a big city, but in a country way.
I liked Knoxville. Had a bad alternator driving east on I40 so I stopped in Knoxville to find a parts store. No one was open, as it was Sunday morning. I found an old gas station and garage that was open. The owner said he was only open for gas, but that he'd look at my truck anayway. We started talking trucks, and he wound up removing and replacing it FOR me! One of the nicest ol' guy's I ever met. I made sure I paid him a little extra for the help even when he refused to charge me for labor....
