Wow, they are really beautiful. So we can just post photos from our hard drive onto here, is that how it works?

That really is a handsome breed. I may get a Siamese.

I was reading last night that they are relatively intelligent animals. Their life span seemed a little short to me though. 12.5 years?

Great pics DK.....I recently told my family that if we came across a Siamese kitten I would be interested or even a blue grey Burmese. All 3 of our family members were saved. I like the blue eyes.

Plus when I am out on my job I have this stray I drop some cereal on and have looked out for the little guy all winter.

My wife is working on getting pics she took with her phone on here. So far the one she took failed. As soon as she gets them on here I will be sure to post them up.

Possibly. I didn't delve very deep into the article. I have an indoor cat too. He's gotten out before but he never goes far. He's always waiting to get back in the house when I wake up. That hasn't happened in a long time though.

My Step-son who is really like my own son is studying to be a Chef.....hence the names of our Cats. Ginger, Pepper, and the Pup-Cocoa.
Mine looks somewhat more like the second pic.....course mine is way more prettier. Tho the pattern is somewhat the same. Pale colored nose. More like the tummy on the first one with all white paws.

She luvs water too. Just like a panther or jaguar. Plays in it and even gets into the bathtub. No trouble with bathing her at all. The Vet tells us her breed is one of the higher intelligent cats. She is too. Open cabinet doors, gets all in my OL's Piano. Even walks on the keys back and forth. As if she is listening to the sounds she is making.

It was pain before because I lived with two other guys and people can be careless. I bought a house in Nov of 2010 and he only got out once since then. He just hung out in the backyard.

Hey, you might want to contact Alley Cat Allies in your area and see if they'll come out to TNR that stray so s/he won't multiply.

You might be able to rescue a Siamese - there are a lot of breed-specific rescue orgs now.

Yeah there are several groups here into saving animals. When we got the pup we went to a shelter that does not kill them. We got the pup and a group came in and took the the rest of the litter. The Pup was a Rott/Shep mix black and tan underneath. they snagged up 8 of the pups. There were 10. Wanted a female.....but he took to the OL right away.

Our Cats ar indoors cats to.

As we know, Mister D is not a man accustomed to the latest technology. He is a decade behind. I don't have a means of taking digital pics yet. Actually, I've never actually owned a camera come to think of it. I really need to get one though.
