They are all going to end up dropping them why wouldn't you? I wouldn't mess with it, I can save money not messing with it by eliminating that entire function and salary at my company. The only businesses that would consider dropping health benefits would be those that are fully insured by the health insurance company. This is a small percentage compared to all of the employers who are self-insured employers. This group is not going to drop benefits for their employees since they are making profits off their employees who seldom use health services.
