Should Al Sharpton Be Arrested For Yelling Fire in a Crowded Theatre.....

Simple put.....Sharptones led a major Protest in Miami which is way south of Sanford. Sharptones keeps running around and saying he wants Zimmermann in Cuffs. Zimmermann arrested. That he will not back off until this done. Is Shartones the Law? Is he a Judge? Is he a Detective? Private Investigator?

Is he leading people to violence even tho he says he does not control the actions of others? Shouldn't he be arrested for inciting violence? For yelling fire in a crowded theatre, when there is none.

He's calling for the system to function as it would, were the roles reversed. Had Martin wrestled the gun away from the murderer Zimmerman, Martin would be in jail right now while the facts were sorted.

Zimmerman should be arrested, and afforded legal counsel. That's what the lead detective sought, and that's what the evidence calls for.

Sharpton...certainly not one of my favorite people, is merely calling for due process.

He has a terrible history of making things worse, but I don't think he's broken any laws where jail time would be given. I'm already concerned about the steps our government is taking to deny the rights to assemble and protest. Unfortunately parasites like Sharpton are a way of life with our freedoms. We've got to take the good with the bad.

Well they don't have to make it easy for him. Not to mention I am sure he has broken some minor laws with protesting and or setting up some rally. Such as getting permits and whatnot. Especially in states he does not live in. Since he is a hypocrit, they should always make it difficult for him. Despite him running for the Presidentcy. IMO that is.
