    Back on the ball

So in an effort to improve my horrible posture while at my computer desk I blew up my exercise ball this morning. Ever done this before? I love it. I sit taller, my back hurts less and I can bounce on the ball. Win-win-win

Only, I sat on the ball and after awhile started noticing I was sinking to the floor. Teeny little hole in my exercise ball. Now I have to go buy a new one. Tear.

Oh I do that all day!
I use to actually; not as good at it as I used to be. Having kids messes with your stomach muscles.

True. You have to be in really good shape ahead of the kids, or you are screwed for life. No pun intended.

I was Pete. I was. After having a baby, I can hardly flex my stomach muscles because of the trauma of child birth. Just how it goes. And those who have c-sections.

Ouch. If men were the baby bearers the entire humanity thing would have ended a couple thousand years ago.

Perhaps the universe is telling you to just sit straight up in a computer chair? LOL

I don't know what it is, but I will sit up straight for awhile and get back into my wonderful slouch position. It also doesn't help that I have a crapola chair to sit on at the computer. I did this so I would spend less time on it, but alas joining the forum has messed with that. I do make a very conscious effort to sit up straight and I get my regular back adjustments every week by my chiropractor. The Ball forces me tosit straighter, thus while I like it
