Portugal.
Dysentery is from Waltham, MA. Gutrot is from Detroit.
I do not like the album cover here, too much pure white, but the music more than makes up for it. Some really irregular and original slams.
/Edit: I post this because both bands have new albums on the way.

This is as metal as I get.
...I just wanted to have a song in the metal thread.
"I do not think the measure of a civilization is how tall it's buildings of concrete are, but rather how well it's people have learned to relate to their environment and fellow man." - Chippewa
"They tried to bury us. They didn't know that we were seeds." Mexican Proverb

These guys always reminded me of L'acephale for some reason. Anyway, fun track name. Must get my hands on a download of their new CD when it comes out for sure. Antitheist in stores June 26 wherever NSBM is sold.
/Edit: Their guitars on this one remind me more of maybe Motorhead than most black metal riffing. Especially the slow section.
About time this track gets uploaded again.
Industrial/Power Electronics. Banger.
Nowhere near as good as their last release, Dingir, but still some pretty acceptably technical riffs here and there.
I get tired of breakdowns every other track though, and from the look of the comments so are a lot of people.
I also don't like the album cover here. Too many colors and it lacks the surrealism of the Dingir cover (the door in the mouth, for example).
Lyrically this is their most mature album yet. The graphic analogies on the track Natural Selection for example.
I do not like the instrumentals nor the $#@!ty SS remake at the end. They could have gone out with a bang but instead this album ends on a low note IMO.
And to finish off the page I give you the latest from Sunn O))) and Scott Walker, oh yes, it's very metal:
The startled guitar at the 310 mark is pure gold. Setting the stage beautifully.
The lyrics are something else entirely. Having never heard of Scott Walker before and the fact that he's collaborating with Sunn O))) makes me think he's probably an acquired taste.
I found the ambient part of this one to drag a bit towards the end. The first half is pretty cool although that repeated line gets old. I would prefer two separate songs as the two halves have nothing in common.
It's only on a track like this where I realize how much more fear-inducing Sunn O)))'s guitars are when they aren't there all the time. They lurk in the dark like shadows and creep out at random times. I can't imagine how terrifying this would be on a system with a lot of bass. I'm sure it would be mindcrushing to hear it live.
A Lullaby to put you to sleep and then rip you right back out of it, for sure.
