One thing that bothers me is the principle that there has to be a minority in nearly every commercial on TV. Oh, and the minority has to be the coolest, smartest one of the bunch.

As you probably know by now, I love all people including commies, socialists, liberals, $#@!s, $#@!es, welfare queens and the like. But it does seem that of all the minorities we have living in America, that its the blacks who seem to get the 24/7 attention and the 100% coverage by the liberal media to ensure the liberal programs of quotas and or affirmative action are being satisfied. So you might be asking yourself why it is that the lame stream media keeps sucking up to the minority black population? Why don't we see Orientals basking in the limelight like do the blacks? Probably because most of them are studious minorities who refuse to play the victim or the helpless dependent card the way blacks so often do.

It annoyed me a while ago how people were talking about the little black and white girl with interracial parents in that Cheerios commercial. They were so impressed with cheerios for that. I was like impressed for what? WTF?! I don't think anyone actually cared, they just felt like they had to. And if they did actually care, that shows a superficial attitude toward things, which is worse.

They also always use good looking people in commercials, fooling everyone into believing that moms of 3 are hot in their yoga pants or that men always tuck their shirts in.

Commercials aren't real life, I think we all know that.

If you really want racism to go away, then you get rid of the work minority! and replace it with person!

You see the color of your skin should not be a reason for you to be discriminated against or to receive preferential treatment, It should be no different that the clothes that you wear.

If you want to have equality in education? Then you have a voucher system so parents can send their kids to the best school for them. If you want to end violence in the inner city, then you get rid of the gangs and drug lords, and you replace idle time with work programs on community improvement, you provide no free lunch and soon everyone will be on the same team.

MLK would be appalled at the preferential treatment that some in the minority communities demand, He would be ashamed at those in the inner city that are living in a hovel and killing themselves, he would morn for those that have the opportunity for education and refuse to grasp the chance

You see MLK would have like a color blind world when the only reason that you are called an $#@!? Is because you were acting like an $#@!.

So I see no minorities either racial, gender or sexual orientation wise. I see people just trying to get through the day and make their life better and until we replace minority with people? We are doomed to wallow in racial preference instead of equality
