Zimmermann Charged with Murder.....

Well, I'm not an attorney but have served on a murder jury and I have a hard time with Murder 2 if in fact Zimmerman was physically attacked here. Depending on the details, it might be manslaughter. What I expect is a hung jury or two. The blacks will vote to convict regardless, the whites will vote depending on what the witnesses, analyses of the 911 call and who the voice yelling "help" was over the phone (that can be determined by voice analysis).

I still notice all the "hang Zimmerman" crowd has offered no explanation as to what this kid was doing wandering around in that neighborhood at that hour and where the hell were his parents, anyway?

He started a website to beg for money...he has been supported by various gun lobbies so the notion they guy has no access to an attorney is bogus at best. He will be tried...maybe he'll claim he's incompetent?

Yes.....NOW he does as of late yesterday after he turned himself in. When I made my post concerning this issue of Zimmermann and when I had put up this thread. AT THAT TIME.....he did not. Which was validated by the MS media after they had reported the other attorneys had withdrew from the case.

But you knew this......did you not? That is to say. You were aware yesterday that Zimmermann was without an Attorney after the other two withdrew.....Right?

I'm assuming you meant "black people" in your garbled post. Most certainly they can but when they have been racially inflamed and demagogued by the likes of Al Sharpton and Barack Obama they are going to vote race, not facts. That's why Obama got 94 percent of their vote last time. There are a lot more black conservatives than 6 percent but it didn't matter.

Interesting that some polling is showing that they won't be quite so driven to vote race this time around.

That was his choice right? He had attorney's then he didn't...his choice. His father has obviously been in touch with him right? It's not like the guy is just an innocent...he said self defense and expected to walk...but it didn't work this time.

she was saying that she would not request a change of venue, she cannot control a judge who hears the argument from his defense attorney, so no.. she has not and cannot deny him anything

She can't do anything about Zimmermann putting in for a Change of venue. Thats what she was talking about. Why would a Prosecutor request a change of venue from a Court where they know they will win the case. That would be pretty stupid by the State now wouldn't it. Now she will find out that he has that right and there is nothing she can do about it. If you are uncertain you can look up Florida Law and the Criminal Processes.

O'Mara replaces Zimmerman's previous lawyers, Craig Sonner and Hal Uhrig. They told reporters Tuesday that they had lost contact with their client and no longer represent him.
O'Mara said the family contacted him after referrals from other lawyers.

his family was in criminal justice, he was represented almost immediately and before he turned himself in
