Now she will find out that he has that right and there is nothing she can do about it. If you are uncertain you can look up Florida Law and the Criminal Processes.
bs, she can argue it in front of the judge just like any attorney... she's stating that she will argue against it.

The blacks will vote to convict regardless, the whites will vote depending on what the witnesses, analyses of the 911 call and who the voice yelling "help" was over the phone (that can be determined by voice analysis).
And your crowd speaks to making this a race issue?

I still notice all the "hang Zimmerman" crowd has offered no explanation as to what this kid was doing wandering around in that neighborhood at that hour and where the hell were his parents, anyway?
You don't do your reading, so you'll continue to be clueless.

AP) SANFORD, Fla. - Two attorneys for the Florida neighborhood watch volunteer who fatally shot 17-year-old Trayvon Martin said Tuesday that they have withdrawn as his counsel because they haven't heard from him in days and he is taking actions related to the case without consulting them.Attorney Craig Sonner and Hal Uhrig said at a news conference they haven't heard from George Zimmerman since Sunday. They said that against their advice, Zimmerman contacted the special prosecutor who will decide if he should face charges. A spokeswoman for Angela Corey's office didn't immediately respond to an email and two phone calls.....snip~

Looks Like his attorneys withdrew. Stating they had not heard from him. So no it was not his choice. It was his attorneys choice. They didn't like him contacting the Special Hangman and talking to her. So they withdrew.

Anyone ever being involved with the law should know if attorneys feel they can't control their client. and their client won't listen to them. They withdraw.

No need to cherry pick.....might as well as show all that was said and not just a portion.

Talking about not reading.....perhaps if you didn't cherry pick and just discuss what you want to hear. You might be able to catch all of it.

Unless she is attempting to give Zimmermann an out on purpose or something. Why would she use those specific words.

She could have said Our team would find the out the truth no matter what. Nothing more nothing less. There to do her job. Nope it was we promised these Sweet People. How does she know they are sweet? Where just does she get sweet from? Any average criminal attorney would tear this shiznit up. remarks to the The press to boot.

Doesnt mean Zimmermann gets out of it. Just that his case gets moved to where he gets a fair trial. No way does the case look fair. Also Zimmermann could even be guilty and still use the same defense for his case. Then walk on technicalities.

What the Florida Citizens and those around that community need to ask themsleves. Will it be worth their taxpaying money. Screw what anyone else outside their state has to say.
Well, they went with a charge that seems to baffle some legal experts. They must be going for a plea deal. May backfire.

"It seems like an enormous swing to be able go from not feeling you have enough evidence to arrest him, to charging him with essentially as high as you can charge him in second-degree murder," Richard Hornsby, a criminal defense attorney in Orlando, Fla., told msnbc.com. "Second-degree murder requires him to have engaged in an intentional act with ill will, hatred or spite. It means he basically went and was looking to shoot Trayvon Martin."

Yeah.....as you can see the MS Media is even questioning what new evidence is there. Which the Special Hangman can't hold now since Zimmermann has a new attorney. But I think you are right that she may thinking about tricking him into a plea deal.
