She can't do anything about Zimmermann putting in for a Change of venue. Thats what she was talking about. Why would a Prosecutor request a change of venue from a Court where they know they will win the case. That would be pretty stupid by the State now wouldn't it. Now she will find out that he has that right and there is nothing she can do about it. If you are uncertain you can look up Florida Law and the Criminal Processes.

Well, I'm not an attorney but have served on a murder jury and I have a hard time with Murder 2 if in fact Zimmerman was physically attacked here. Depending on the details, it might be manslaughter. What I expect is a hung jury or two. The blacks will vote to convict regardless, the whites will vote depending on what the witnesses, analyses of the 911 call and who the voice yelling "help" was over the phone (that can be determined by voice analysis).

Looks Like his attorneys withdrew. Stating they had not heard from him. So no it was not his choice. It was his attorneys choice. They didn't like him contacting the Special Hangman and talking to her. So they withdrew.

Anyone ever being involved with the law should know if attorneys feel they can't control their client. and their client won't listen to them. They withdraw.

Watcha think D.....they printed out the words she said in the televised live stream. Think it sounds like they promised to investigate a case they took over and then decided not to take it to a grand jury? Anyone else? I mean those are her words. Unless she is attempting to give Zimmermann an out on purpose or something. Why would she use those specific words.

She could have said Our team would find the out the truth no matter what. Nothing more nothing less. There to do her job. Nope it was we promised these Sweet People. How does she know they are sweet? Doesnt mean Zimmermann gets out of it. Just that his case gets moved to where he gets a fair trial. No way does the case look fair. Also Zimmermann could even be guilty and still use the same defense for his case. Then walk on technicalities.

"Second-degree murder requires him to have engaged in an intentional act with ill will, hatred or spite. It means he basically went and was looking to shoot Trayvon Martin."

Yeah.....as you can see the MS Media is even questioning what new evidence is there. Which the Special Hangman can't hold now since Zimmermann has a new attorney. But I think you are right that she may thinking about tricking him into a plea deal.
