    Zimmermann Charged with Murder.....

    George Zimmerman charged with murder

George Zimmerman, the 28-year-old neighborhood watchman who shot and killed Trayvon Martin on Feb. 26 in Sanford, Fla., has been charged with second-degree murder in the 17-year-old's death. Zimmerman is being held without bail.

"Just moments ago we spoke by phone with Sybrina Fulton and Tracy Martin," Angela Corey, the special prosecutor investigating the case, said at a news conference in Jacksonville. "Three weeks ago our prosecution team promised those sweet parents we would get answers to all of their questions, no matter where our quest for the truth led us. And it is that search for justice for Trayvon that has brought us to this night."

Now if and when they lose what happens?
Whoever criticizes capitalism, while approving immigration, whose working class is its first victim, had better shut up. Whoever criticizes immigration, while remaining silent about capitalism, should do the same.

Right here is enough to take this Special Prosecutor down. Our team Promised those sweet parents. No matter where our quest for the Truth led us. Hows that looking for the appeal already? Regardless if he has the money right now or any attorneys. He can sit his azz right in jail and wait to this goes to appeals. Clear bias by the Special Prosectuors own words.....put out Nation-Wide for all to see.

Even a public defender is going to be able to show clear motivated bias by the Special Prosector who promised the kids sweet parents. That no matter what, even if Zimmermann was innocent. That they would find some truth in their quest.

    No doubt that's alarming.

Nothing like railroading the guy. Plus his attorneys quit. He was trying to get people to donate to him. Now he will go by way of state. One can look at this biznitch and see she has a hard-on for Zimmermann. If he was smart. He should make it known he wants a different Special Prosecutor, appointed to the case. He should do this after this Special Prosector set up her Pocket Judge. At the same time he should put his Offical change of venue in. Thus taking her first pick for the judge she wants out of her hands.

That's a good point. Those statements are problematic to say the least and he could make a legitimate complaint. If she is from Holder's outfit I can't say I'm surprised.

That said, he was a fool to alienate his attorneys.

Truthfully they can do this to the lil people. Zimmermann has no money. If he sits in jail and or goes to prison and is waiting on appeal. Then gets found innocent.

I don't know how it works in Florida, but here. Thats 365 dollars a day for every day locked up. 36 and half k a year per year. Not counting any Million-dollar out of court settlements or the millions granted for the unlawful carceration of a Law abiding Citizen.

According to what I am hearing now Holder has taken interest in this case. Which was before this Angela Coreys remarks to the Nation and the World. She won't be able to get around what she has said.

No I don't think he called her. But he will have to deal with her from this point on. As he has no counsel. I figure more than likely if he cant afford an attorney. That he will go with the PD over that of Pro Bono. How are you reading this prsecutors remarks?
