    Sigh...

There is no freedom from religion. There is freedom of religion. Period.
Whoever criticizes capitalism, while approving immigration, whose working class is its first victim, had better shut up. Whoever criticizes immigration, while remaining silent about capitalism, should do the same.

Mencken was wrong: the most revolting character that the United States ever produced is not a Christian businessman, but a Christian politician.
What is your opinion of George Washington?

Who is trying to convert you, Nemo?

Have you ever been forced to attend church or read a bible?

No, but he was forced to hear someone refer to his faith of television! I fear for the republic!

Isn't it funny he claims we are the one trying to force when he ridicules the ones who say they have a war on Christians?

These people believe in all sorts of "wars" (e.g. on women, the poor etc.) but a war on Christianity is just beyond the pale!

One has to learn tolerance to live in a free society. The left has a difficult time with Christians. If the Christians would just go away then the world would be a Utopia.

Yes they are. And lacking in the faith about which they preach so vehemently. If God was as powerful and all-knowing as they claim, then non-believers would pose no threat and wouldn't bother them in the least because they would be secure in the knowledge that God's intentions will prevail regardless.

You need a scorecard so you can keep track of who the oppressors and the victims are on any given day. Depends on what the agenda needs at that moment.
