Power always thinks it has a great soul, and vast views, beyond the comprehension of the weak. And that it is doing God service when it is violating all His laws.

Bran is still processing all the new feelings and memories he inherited from the old three-eyed raven. In a very important way, he's no longer "Bran" anymore, although there are still some shadows of his former self. The old three-eyed raven had sat there for centuries waiting for Bran to show up, so by the time they met the old three-eyed raven probably regained some of his old self, along with the normal expressions of emotion and personality. I think you will see a similar process play out with Bran over time. I'm sure Bran is also feeling completely overwhelmed by all the new information he's been exposed to. He "remembers" all the most horrible things to ever happen in history, including the things that have happened to his family. One would assume the decision of which information to reveal or not to reveal would be a simple one, but if you really think about it, any secret that Bran reveals could and probably would have massive implications for all of humanity. For example, if he told his sister that Little Finger is the one who set everything in motion by betraying their father, Sansa would have Little Finger killed. But she would have to explain how she knew that, which would reveal to everyone that Bran basically knows the entire world's secrets. Little Finger also knows that Sansa lied to House Arryn when they were being questioned about the death of Lysa. So when you really think about what Bran is experiencing, his behavior actually makes a lot of sense.
