    insurance is a pool, it spreads the costs over all buyers. so yes, for a product, ppl pay. I cover things I don't need and so does everyone else

    sorry Peter,, to answer your question I would have to agree with you that Congress is strictly limited by the wording of the Constitution and I do not.

    Right. BCP is not a "health" issue. In fact, many women cannot take them for health reasons. Might as well demand insurance cover erectile dysfunction, which actually is a health issue.

    ED drugs are often covered and the only purpose in having an erection (no matter what causes the dysfunction) is sexual.
