Why are they poor? Do they not want to live the Western style way of life? I love the Western lifestyle. I can't imagine why someone wouldn't want the Western lifestyle. Should we promote the Western lifestyle to South Americans and Africans? For example build more video game manufacturers in South America and Africa.

I'm playing a CivIII campaign right now. Me and the wife play a lot of Tomb Raider stuff together, and some Myst/Uru games.
