    That will likely happen. Anytime a prosecutor or judge is busted for corruption, their cases get reviewed. I imagine that is the case with police officers.

    Sheriffs don't prosecute. If a person was arrested and found guilty then the arrest was justified.
    Just because the Sheriff was with the kkk doesn't mean he didn't follow the law. He isn't obama, you know.

    The problem with that theory is that because the Sheriff has racist views the arrest of anyone who is non-white will be called into question. It's just not worth the reviews that would have to take place. That Sheriff would cost the municipality more money than one who didn't espouse extremist opinions.
