    It's not about the teachers, it's about the students. Success 5 to 20 years down the line is not a natural motivation. Requiring sacrifice is economic bullying. Such submission to rules made by people who exempt their own children from them has no merit; it is nothing but slavish brown-nosing. Those who submit to it have talent only for doing that, or they are immature escapists who will lose their talent because their unnatural behavior will eat out their pride.
