The only immigration that should be stopped is illegal immigration.

She has been here since grade school, first with her father with a work visa and now with a school visa. Her parents are back in Japan.

In two years she'll graduate with a teaching degree and work here in the states. And fingers crossed, a couple years after that I'll get my first grand baby.

The solution is simple. No government documents and/or handouts unless you're An American citizen. And, if you come looking for those you will be detained and deported.
Put the breaks on the gravy train and they'll deport themselves.

Oh, and put an end to the idea that a person gets automatic citizenship just for being born here. That was NOT the intention of the 14th Amendment.

As I said in the other thread, I support total amnesty for teenagers and adults who were brought as children against their will including immediate total citizenship, legal status for non violent non felons who came here of their own will, with no possibility of citizenship ever, ergo, no possibility to vote or affect any sort of policy, and a heavy border defended by the US military, able to both defend the border and use logical discretion when dealing with people trying to cross.

I believe this solution to be logical, moral, and fair. So I ask you guys, what would your solution be?
Confiscate the property of any business that hires them. I'd even give citizenship to an illegal who participated in the sting.

As our country crumbles into a festering $#@! hole I believe most of these folks will go home of their own accord. And I'm going to go with them.
My beliefs are a distillation of what I was taught as a child and what I observe as an adult.

I'd make an exception for one married to an American citizen. They aren't the ones being protected today for use as cheap labor. That is an individual American's choice, not one forced on us by the united Left/Right ruling-class Axis.

Any need for skilled foreigners was created by the disincentive of our indentured-servitude educational system. Again the economic fascists do exactly what they accuse Obama of doing: create a problem and blame others.

First off, that problem would not have happened if I was in charge. I'm very negative with my opinion of this administration, I believe everything they do is to manipulate and control and deceive. That flood of illegals was encouraged to come here to create a humanitarian crisis and take the attention off of the numerous scandals plaguing this president.

But to answer your question, they must go back home. We cannot burden our own citizenry with the care of hoards of the worlds poor. It's unrealistic, unfair, and un-Constitutional. I would work with international organizations to assist us in getting them back to their homelands, safely. Doing anything else, would just keep the floodgates open and we will be dealing with millions instead of thousands of illegals. We would be dooming our own existence, hurting our own poor, to persist with this invasion.

If you allow the dictatorship of the Constitution instead of rule by the direct will of the American people, you have to submit to the will of the SCROTUS or wait years for the obstructive Amendment process to work.
