As I said to my friend because he is my friend friend I said I don't like government except when they fix the roads and keep flying safe and inspect food so it is safe and my friend because he is my friend said OK.

"For decades conservatives have been demonizing government and not enough has been done to defend it. Ever since Ronald Reagan declared in 1981 that "Government is not a solution to our problem, government is the problem," Republicans have been waging a political war against this institution. They have been joined in this anti-government crusade by libertarian thinkers, Tea Party activists, right-wing media pundits, and wealthy corporate lobbies. This powerful political coalition blithely ignores anything good about government and conducts a relentless smear campaign against this institution. They constantly play upon the fears and insecurities of average Americans and encourage them to blame all their problems on big bad government." http://www.governmentisgood.com/

Um...you will have disparity in different states when it comes to the safety of flying. Hell, we can't even agree which states recognize a carry permit and you want 50 different versions of what they think is ok for flying?

Sorry, but I'll not just say no, but hell no.

Pretty much, except when dealing with requirements for aircraft separation and air routes designation, you kinda want one entity making the decisions.

Not taking into effect the training requirements for controllers and TechOps who works on the facilities that the aircraft navigate and communicate with.

If it was left to the individual states to manage, I would let my certifications expire and never fly in the U.S. again.

You?......are "helping him see".....? Excuse me for a moment.....

Now...that's $#@!in funny, I find it hard to believe you're helping anyone "see" donttread, nothing personal but...c'mon.

Furthermore, I've to look to your posts for proof I'm correct, Sir. You're the one claiming there is obstruction correct? And i'm the one who voted for obstruction thus...getting exactly what I asked for. We got Nancy Pelosi fired and Reid next on our list of those needing a different job. You're proof positive again...that we're obstructing, are you claiming we're not?
