    State capitalism is usually described as an economic system in which commercial (i.e. for-profit) economic activity is undertaken by the state, with management and organization of the means of production in a capitalist manner, including the system of capital accumulation, wage labor, and centralized management.

    The federal reserve system and its underlying asset (the USD) are an example of this form of capitalism.

    Capitalism is private ownership, so state capitalism is management of economics on behalf of private ownership. Central banking and FIAT money are the best example of this in practice.

    Who is we? You and I? That depends on what we are willing to agree to, doesn't it?

    Like I said, language is just a set of shared assumptions and conventions. Without these shared assumptions and conventions, there is no common language.

    For my part, I rely on the dictionary definitions for words simply because that was the convention I was taught as a child. Of course, dictionaries are supposed to reflect the common usage and the evolving standards over time, so it's not as if it's an either or proposition. It's also worth noting that not everything in the dictionary needs to exist in real life in order for the definition to be valid. A unicorn is defined, even though it does not exist.

    We=collectively everyone, goes without saying.

    Differences between fiction and reality go without saying also.

    The one point you made that is valid however is that definitions were thought to be what is commonly understood by most, and yes, they're subjective. But that only validates my point. Define "capitalism" all you want, the best example of "capitalism" varies from the textbook definition.

    Same goes for "democracy", "Islam", virtually any significant socioeconomic/political topic.

    I agree with this:

    Individualist anarchists believe in mutual exchange, not economic privilege. They believe in freed markets, not capitalism. They defend a distinctive response to the challenges of ending global capitalism and achieving social justice: eliminate the political privileges that prop up capitalists.

    Everyone? You mean everyone in the world? Or just everyone who speaks English? American English or British English?

    I'm not sure what the disagreement is.
