    When the global powers decide to stop policing the world, war will increase in the 3rd world. I am fine with that. Only pointing out that chaos will increase as we take a break. A historical example- had Rome not existed, there would have been much more carnage and death.

    That's part of what the video argues. In part, because democracy is increasing, and democratic nations tend not to war but use trade and diplomacy with each other, that leaves the world with civil wars and local conflicts. But that is the downside of democracy, as areas once colonized, like Belgium Congo, attain autonomy, suppressed local conflicts re-emerge.
