    Or, I can just throw together a quick coffee. It works for me and gets me by until quitting time.

    One day you might just pass out from low blood sugar. Happened to my brother. He actually had a few seizures. They thought he was epileptic and put him on dilantin for the longest time. It was hypoglycemia.

    The trick is not to let your blood sugar drop. A protein smoothy should be as convenient as Sprite and way better for you, since you obviously don't eat enough. If you also include milk in your smoothy it would also address your calcium needs.
