It's just that "magic" is not a very good descriptor. When I think of that word in this context, I automatically think of something a whole lot more worldly like clothing worn by a satanic cultist. Now, I know that the LDS Church is not satanic, so really, your description seems unfair, if not completely anti-Mormon.
