So, this is for anyone curious to ask (serious) questions about paganism.
Pagan has been associated with every thing from stone age living habits to belief in magic to fodder for missionaries.
The modern day pagans I know are almost deist: "Nature is God" They are into herbalism, wholistic health and living close to the land, all of which I respect and much of which I try to do in my own life . Is this an accurate representation?
I sometimes consider myself a deist but I am a spiritually confused recovering catholic and not sure. I believe in
something, I have felt it, often on the water or in the woods, but I have no real idea what it is. In fact at times my spirituality can be quite strong. I sometimes refer to it as "a God of my non-understanding." I know its NOT the old white dude in the beard smoting everyone God of my youth.

My parents were Catholic. 12 yesrs of Catholic schooling. I had no choice until I came of age.

I still identify myself as Christian and I have a personal Christian faith.

I have never felt a calling Christian or otherwise.

    Culturally? Absolutely.
Whoever criticizes capitalism, while approving immigration, whose working class is its first victim, had better shut up. Whoever criticizes immigration, while remaining silent about capitalism, should do the same.

Jewish (like me), atheist, buddhist, muslim, hindu, pagan, and a number of other things that currently exist in this country and around the world. I've also come to understand that there are thousands of Christian denominations...which one is America?
