The answer is obvious and already stated. You first try to assign Arrow's 'superpower' label to my argument in your first process mistake you make while trying deflection techniques....but rather answer my initial question, you decide to throw yet another one of your own out. Nice.
Let's try this again. Ransom's stance is the same....donttread...as Arrow's, Pete's, yours, and the cow's. Because there is only one answer, it's an historical fact that we've aided both militarily and economically almost since we declared ourselves a nation. Our 3rd President went empire building an beginning with Indians and ending with Afghans.....we have consistently foreign aided. That in fact in complete anti-thesis of Arrow's lost and surprisingly naive position, we would lose that 'superpower' status that he termed....the answer to my question is no.....donttread. We did not become a superpower by following Arrow or your's opinions on this matter, you two sit in the exact anti-thesis of reality. Now...thrash about, deflect....ask why the superpower obsession when it was Arrow's argument, ask more questions in response to the one still asked of you.....you can do or write whatever you'd like. This United States did not reach superpower status by neglecting foreign aid in some "they don't need it" mentality. We just didn't plain and f'n simple reality. Sorry.
