    The 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals just ruled in Florida declaring the drug testing law unconstitutional. Now it has made another right ruling by not extending the stay that the state had asked for in order to keep same-sex couples from marrying. Nadine Smith summed it up quite well with her statement.     Once again, the will of the people in the states has been thrown out and Florida's state constitution ripped to shreds. This is why the state courts under Obama have become nothing more than lackeys for the executive branch and the feminist / homo lobby.
