I know...but I went to a friends house once and found they had put them in the bathtub to purge 'em. What a mess!

I had a crawfish boil dinner Sunday night. It was crawfish, clams, shrimp, potatoes, corn on the cob and carrots. You boil all that in a mix of white wine, butter and crawfish boil seasonings. I enjoyed it. I cheated a bit and bought a kit from Sam's that turned out quite well.

Crawfish are a lot like rock shrimp in taste. They aren't my favorite but they are very good.

Here, they're sold by the sack... It's an onion sack thats usually between 30 and 45lb. Boil about 6-9 gallons of water with a cup or so of salt
then about 10lb of potatos, and another 5-6 big onions and a package of Zaterains boil mix to taste. 5lb of sausage and about 10 ears of corn
broke in half. I think they call that a "low country boil"...
Only in America.... could the rich people - who pay 86% of all income taxes - be accused of not paying their "fair share" by people who don't pay any income taxes at all.
