@Paperback Writer, let's say our mod team was heavily slanted toward conservatives, and we needed a liberal. Let's say Cigar was the only liberal on the forum interested in being a mod.

Should we hire Cigar, or wait until another, more fitting liberal showed interest?

I'm not sure we should be commenting but we're not full up with only conservative versions of Cigar. I agree Dark Mistress, hell, even Cthulhu could represent social conservatism. I also think Hangar is a decent but overlooked conservative poster.

I will say this, I take breaks from this place so I don't think it's my place to question other mods with who they pick. I should be more active and that's the truth.
