    This is a case that really sucks, but the child had an air soft pistol in his waste band, and the officers were responding to a call of violent behavior.

    We have to stop teaching kids to resist the police, any officer is not going to let a person pull a gun on them. This young man did not deserve to be shot. He put the police and himself in a terrible position.

    How do you think that the officer feels? I would not want to live after a mistake like this, but face it, in this day and age it is not uncommon for a 12 year old to commit murder.

    So while I support this person right to say what he desires, as it is his right. I have NO issue with the Union condemning him! That is there right as well
